ESL 051 - Foundations I

This course lays the foundations for the reading, writing, grammar and listening/speaking/ skills that students need to do well in academic and vocational programs. Students learn the grammar of the simple sentence and learn to write sentences and paragraphs. They develop vocabulary related to the readings. Students also complete writing and speaking activities related to the readings.
