HIM 150 - Technical Medical Terminology

This course is designed to provide the student with the basic principles of medical word construction by identifying word roots, prefixes, suffixes, and combining terms. Correct spelling, pronunciation and definition of medical terms will be studied. This course is intended to prepare students in the Health Information Management Programs.
