VT 204 - Advanced Vet Office Management

Covering many tools necessary to become proficient in managing patient flow in a hospital, clinic, or animal care facility, this course utilizes case-based studies. Participants will be taking a lead role in improving client communication and inventory control. Students will learn to hire, educate, and evaluate employees as they begin to learn the steps required to run a successful veterinary team and manage a veterinary practice. This course is only available to students currently enrolled in the Veterinary Technology program as part of the Advanced Office Management Certificate program.
