ECE 220 - Admin/Sup/EC Prog

This course explores the role of the early childhood program director, with a focus on leadership, administration, and program management. Students develop skills in budgeting, financial record keeping, and effective staff management, while learning to collaborate with staff to plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality early childhood programs.
