BUSN 241 - Supply Chain Management

This course provides an overview of the fundamental concepts, processes, and strategies involved in supply chain management (SCM). Students will explore how supply chains operate from the sourcing of raw materials to the delivery of finished goods to consumers. Topics include procurement, production, logistics, inventory management, distribution strategies, and the role of technology in modern supply chains.
