MATH 131 - Finite Mathematics This course applies the concepts of algebra to problems found in economics, business, and non-physical sciences. The emphasis is on applications. Topics include linear systems, matrix algebra, linear programming, mathematics of finance, probability, and Markov chains.
Prerequisite Appropriate placement score; or MATH 112 ”C” or better or MATH 112C ”C” or better
